How do I know my gutters are blocked?
Common signs include overflowing water, plants growing in the gutter, damp marks on walls, water spilling behind the gutter and dripping from joints.
Can leaking gutter joints be repaired?
Often yes. If the gutter run is otherwise sound, joints, seals or brackets may be repaired. If the plastic is brittle or warped, replacement may last longer.
Should fascias be replaced with gutters?
If fascia boards are rotten, loose or unable to hold gutter brackets securely, replacing them before fitting new gutters is usually the right approach.
